PASCAL 2016 Conference report:Building entrepreneurial and economically engaged learning cities
Judith James has written the third of the Strand Reports from the PASCAL 2016 Conference in Glasgow on the subject of building entrepreneurial and economically engaged learning cities. This subject is one of growing importance for learning cities in the context of integrating social and economic aspects of learning city development, an area where much remains to be done.
The papers and discussions in the strand point to a number of issues that need to be addressed in the further development of learning cities. Swansea University has taken a leadership role in highlighting this subject with a report on this subject currently in preparation following an international conference.
