Young Leaders show off their wrist activity trackers for the WCS 2016 Steps Challenge - a WCSYL initiative. At the WCS Young Leaders Symposium this year, an Open Mic Session was launched for Young Leaders to share some of their interesting projects and launch calls for collaborations for future projects, and some projects have come to fruition! Also for the first time this year, the Young Leaders, with the support of Singapore’s Health Promotion Board (HPB), launched a WCS2016 Steps Challenge which encouraged city leaders to clock as many steps as possible during the Summit, measured by HPB's activity trackers. Look out for the WCS Young Leaders Symposium 2016 report coming out later this month, for more on the discussions, ideas and activities of the Young Leaders. |
