11th PASCAL Conference - Opening Day

The 11th PASCAL Conference has opened in Hong Kong with welcomes from Professor Rupert Maclean of the Hong Kong Institute of Education and Professor Bruce Wilson, Head of the EU Centre at RMIT, and a keynote address by Professor Josef Konvitz, Chair of the PASCAL Board.


Following two initial plenary panels, delegates have been discussing issues and challenges in four parallel strands concerned with the economic, green, health and social matters, which will be carried into a second day of field work in various sites of the city.
