Learning Cities in Kurdistan

Subscribers we hope will be interested to read this article published in Times Higher Education about the work of Sherwan Taha, a former University of Glasgow Masters student, in fostering learning city development in Iraqi Kurdistan. We congratulate him on his efforts.
