Don Min Choi

Dr. Choi, Don Min has been the Associate Professor of the Sang-ji University since 2006 in Wonju, Gangwon Province, one and an half away by a car from Seoul. He is in charge of the Head of Center for Teaching and Learning in his University. He also was the visiting professor of University of Washington, Seattle and Hokkiado University.

Before moving into the University, he worked in the Korean Educational Development Institute as the Research Fellow for 20 years. He developed adult education policy for the government.

Now he is the president of the Korean Society for the Study of Lifelong Education and also the president of EAFAE (East Asian Forum for Adult Education).

He also has been actively engaged in the president and the education minister as a policy advisor.

He was the policy advisor in the Office of the President, the specialist in the Presidential Committee of Education & HRD and etc.

His main interest field is the adult educational policy especially adult education participation strategy and support system, the effect of lifelong learning and lifelong education system.
